After shopping all over the web and at local stores here in Cleveland Ohio I came across this webstie ShipsToday.net. The website was not fancy it just had simple pictures, facts,prices so it is really simple and fast to get around in. The price of the carrier is lower than any other site and store so I figured out even with the shipping cost it is still lower than any other store or website around. I did a little snooping around and found pictures of the store and their employies and was impressed - simple - regular looking people at work with a ( no attitude ) look on their faces. That was all it took bought it right away and it was the best move I could have made. I ordered it Sunday and I flipped out when I got it delivered Tuesday morning - FedX sent a Groilla of a driver to get it out of the truck the size and shape of the box makes it hard to handle. I had a hitch put on a Geo Tracker unpacked the carrier behing it and had the carrier ready to go in 15 or 20 minutes. Thanks ShipsToday.net. Now about the carrier. Huge - fits perfect on the Tracker and no need to take off the spair tire on the back which was a concern. You can fit two Scooters on the back of this thing, the scooter looks tiny on the back - but so what, if you need to haul stuff say from a Hardware or Garden supply store you can do it easy. The extended loading - unloading ramp is also huge this is also a good thing. The ramp unfolds even up in the air on the porch directly itself so ther is no need for getting another small ramp from the porch to the ground first. Also the extended ramp takes off the workload of the Scooter because the sloap of the climb onto the carrier is very low not steep which makes it easy to walk up the Scooter. The build quality of the Scooter is better than any that I have found locally it is really stout. Great Buy and Service (which I never used) because they were so good at getting the order and product to me so quick and undamaged. The only issue I have is exactly how to install the extra anti tilt bracket that comes with the Scooter, the directions were not clear about this. The simplicity of the web site is great just because someone wears a fancy sute doesant mean that whats underneath it is good. I did this for my Father in Law which is on a fixed income and ShipsToday.net saved us hundreds of dollars on a superior product. Dont even bother looking at Medical Supply stores , just because it says Medical they get you with the highest prices of all, and the local stores are a hundred dollars higher at least with an inferior product and beware of the fine print on the fancy websites for you will find out that they are not the best at priceing, product, delivery and service.
